FREE DIAGNOSTICS and TROUBLESHOOTING
With your permission I am able to remotely connect to your desktop or laptop to troubleshoot and diagnose your issues. This is done in partnership with you, over the telephone, by utilizing a third-party website. I am able to see your desktop and all files, but not until you have given me permission. This permission lasts only during this diagnostic session, and once we disconnect, I will no longer be able to access your computer or files until you grant me permission again.
This method of diagnosing is extremely helpful to both of us, depending on the time of day and time of year, and weather — snow! All of my clients love the security and ease of use of this system.
If you are uncomfortable with this service, I am most happy to come to you (or you can drop off your system with me) and I will conduct my FREE Diagnostic check for you and determine what is wrong and what your options are for repair(s) and improved performance. Depending on the nature of your original problem, it may be extremely helpful for me to view your computer as it is currently set up in your home or office.
