I have successfully recovered files for many clients, but it can be a slow process. It is possible that I can recover the files you need on site, but in certain cases like a badly damaged hard drive, it can take much, much longer. |
In that case I will need to take your computer back to my workshop and run extensive tests and recovery software programs sometimes multiple times to retrieve all your missing files. Be prepared to part with your computer for up to 72 hours in the cases where the hard drive is badly damaged. |

Even though Data Recovery can take up to 72 hours, I cap my fee for Data Recovery at three hours. It is an extreme case with a very damaged Hard Drive that would require hours of work to recover the data, as I mentioned earlier.
