DATA RECOVERY
The good news is that whether you've accidentally deleted a file, erased your hard drive, or had hard drive failure, it may still be possible to recover your file(s).
If this happens the MOST important thing is to immediately turn off your computer and leave it off until I or another qualified technician can attempt recovery. The longer you delay in turning off your computer before attempting data recovery, the less chance you have of recovering your data. I can't emphasize this enough — TURN YOUR COMPUTER OFF Immediately!
I have had some great success for my clients in reocovering data but it is a slow process. Be prepared to part with your computer for possibly two days, as I work with your machine at my office recovering your files. If you can supply a list of the files you are most concerned about, this will help to speed up the process.
