Service Ethics
There are no hidden fees, costs, or surprises with my service. You will know upfront all the details of my service and how long it will take to get you up and running at the best level of performance your machine can offer.
If it is determined that new parts are needed to complete the repair, I will only obtain the necessary new parts after receiving your approval. I will shop my suppliers for the very best price on parts, and pass along those savings to you. I never mark up parts to my customers—you pay what I have paid, and I will supply you with the invoice from the supplier.
I service ALL of the Rogue Valley and Southern Oregon from Grants Pass to Medford to Ashland, Jacksonville and The Applegate, to Eagle Point, Prospect, White City, Central Point, and Sam's Valley. No matter where you live or work, I can provide you the best computer service available in Southern Oregon.
Discounts
New Customer Referrals: If you are an exisiting customer and refer a new customer to me, you will receive a 10% off your next service call.
Senior Citizen: If you are a Senior Citizen, you will automatically qualify for 10% off your entire service call.
Hometown Discount: Rogue River residents also qualify for a 10% discount off their service calls.
I'm sorry, but only referral discounts can be combined.* All other discounts cannot be combined.
