Every person who has called Happy Computing for Computer Service and/or Repair, has received my "Customer Satisfaction Survey", which you can see on the left.

It is very important to me to measure how well I am doing at my job, and I believe there's no better way to find out how I am doing than to ask my clients.

I want to know... "Did I resolve your issues and problems with your computer? Did you receive the type of service you were expecting? Is there anything else I can assist you with?"
