Regardless of what you may be experiencing with your Computer components, I offer a FREE DIAGNOSTIC Evaluation, to determine the nature and cause of the problem(s). This may be as simple as testing for a Computer Virus, or as complex as testing your Hard Drive for errors or malfunctions. If you are experiencing any problems or anomolies with your computer (whether Desktop or Laptop, Microsoft Windows™ PC or Macintosh®) please give me a call for a FREE Evaluation. I will go through your computer with the proverbial "fine-toothed comb" and determine what is the cause or causes of the problems you are experiencing. |
Sometimes, the problem may be so complex (such as the machine will not power on or complete the boot process), that I may need to take your equipment to my workshop to run overnight tests. Once again, this is a FREE EVALUATION and there is NO CHARGE for this service. |

• Remote Diagnosis and Troubleshooting |

With your permission, and ONLY WITH YOUR PERMISSION, I am able to remotely and securely connect to your desktop or laptop to troubleshoot and diagnose your issues. Remote Diagnosis is done in partnership with you over the telephone, and by utilizing a third-party website. I will direct you to the third-party website and you will be required to start a Session by generating a password through the third-party website. Once you have the password and inform me of that password, I will utilize it to start the third-party website software on my computer to view your computer's desktop and files. You will then begin to see me moving your mouse around on your desktop, as we discuss over the phone the issues that require evaluation. |
This password is only valid during this diagnostic session. Once we disconnect from the third-party website and terminate the session I will no longer be able to access your computer or files. If additional issues arise or come to mind, we will need to start a new session with the third-party website, generate a new password, and begin the process again.
This method of diagnosing is extremely helpful to both of us, depending on the time of day and time of year, and weather — snow! All of my clients who have used Remote Diagnosis love the security and ease of use of this method of diagnosing and evaluation. If you are uncomfortable with this service, I am most happy to come to you (or you can drop off your system with me) and I will conduct my FREE Diagnostic Evaluation to determine what is ocurring with your computer components and what are your options for repair(s) and improved performance. Depending on the nature of your original problem, it may be helpful for me to view your computer as it is currently set up in your home or office.
