As a certified A+ Computer Technician by CompTIA, I am qualified to take apart your laptop or desktop/tower to perform necessary repairs. I service both Macintosh and Windows Laptops, Desktops, Towers, and Minis.Once we have determined what are your needs for repair, I can perform your repair in your presence while you watch me. If it is determined that new parts are needed to complete the repair, I will only obtain the necessary NEW parts after receiving your approval. I will shop my suppliers for the very best price on parts, and pass along those savings to you. I NEVER mark up parts to my customers—you pay what I have paid, and I will supply you with the invoice from the supplier.
If I determine the repair will be complex and time-consuming, I may request to take your equipment back to my office where I can safely perform the repair in a "clean room" environment with my complete library of diagnostic and testing equipment. Once again, your approval is necessary for me to remove your equipment prior to my beginning your repair.
IF I AM ABLE to repair your equipment and/or correct the problems determined by my Diagnostics and Evalution, no work will begin until we have discussed my findings. It is very important to me that you have a thorough understanding of the issues. We will discuss your best options to repair your equipement and/or to maximize computer performance and minimize cost to you in achieving that performance and completing the repairs.
“No Surprises” Quotes: Whatever the Service or Repair, the customer pays the original quoted and agreed upon price for service and/or repair which is quoted at the beginning of the service or repair, regardless of the length of service time needed to complete the repair or service. (Additional necessary parts not quoted will incurr additional costs.)

Most common Laptop Screen outage issues are resolved by one of two components being replaced. Either the Inverter Board has gone bad or the Screen Display is significantly dimmed or has gone out.
